Phase 1 Food Journal

I am forcing myself to write a food journal for Phase 1 again since it really helped me stay on track last time.

Monday
Breakfast: 2 egg cups
Snack: string cheese
Lunch: taco salad (sans chips)
Snack: Broccoli
Dinner: Chili

Water goal: Not met. Approx 40oz consumed. Goal: 64oz +
